Meet Our Dentists

Dr. David Corradi, DDS, MS

Dr. Dave Corradi grew up in Michigan, and received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan in 1989. He promptly moved to California in an ill-fated attempt at a career as a rock star, but returned to Michigan in 1990 and received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree in 1994. After practicing as a general dentist in the Detroit area, he moved back to California in 1996, this time for postgraduate training in periodontics at the University of California in San Francisco.

Since finishing graduate studies in 1999, he has been involved in both private practice and teaching. His practice interests include regenerative procedures, esthetic periodontics, microsurgery and placement of dental implants. He has been on the dental school faculty at UCSF, University of the Pacific, and the University of Southern California. In fact, two of the dentists at Glen Park Dental are his former students--and they can probably provide horror stories about how tough he was as a teacher! After practicing in the Bay area for two years, he moved to southern California. However, he had always enjoyed working with the Glen Park Dental team, and couldn't bring himself to leave San Francisco behind entirely. So a compromise was made, and Dave now has the distinction of making the longest commute of any of our dentists.

Dave is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, the California Society of Periodontists, the Osseointegration Study Club of Southern California, the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the Orange County Dental Society. He has also spoken at continuing dental education seminars on periodontics and dental implants. When he is not shuttling between LAX and SFO, he may be found cycling, fencing, or playing music (he still hasn't given up on that rock star thing completely).
